The photo library is very easy to use.

STEP ONE
Read our international copyright law introduction.
STEP TWO
Select those photos you wish to utilise for your brochure, publication or internet site.
STEP THREE
Send our standard application form to the copyright owner use to obtain permission to use photo and arrange a fee. Please advise what digital format you require the photo ie 300 DPI JPG
STEP FOUR
On agreement of the copyright owner we will issue you with a security password to our secure shopping cart where you can download your picture.

LICENSING
The photographs MAY NOT BE DOWNLOADED reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated projected, used or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitalization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of the copyright owner and payment of a fee or arrangement thereof.

IMAGE COSTS
The licensing fee for a particular image is dependent on it's usage and certain criteria such as print run, size, duration of usage and location need to be considered. You can discuss your own particular requirements with the copyright owner.

No images are within public domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. Entrance to site is expressly on these condition which embodies all of the understandings and obligations between the parties.

We specialize in Australian images of Aboriginal people and Aboriginal places.
